Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to purchases made through this online shop (operated by ecologitex GmbH, Switzerland). Statutory rights are not limited by this page.

1. Cancelling before shipment

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, contact us as soon as possible using our contact channels. Where your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we will cancel it and refund any payment already taken, using the same payment method where practicable.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, normal return rules below apply instead of cancellation.

2. Returns & refunds (physical products)

For physical goods sold to consumers, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons, where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly (e.g. by email) before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different approach.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging where reasonably possible. We may refuse a refund or deduct an amount if the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Unless we offered to collect the goods ourselves, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law states otherwise. Refunds for the product price will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods, using the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. NFTs and digital content

NFTs and other digital goods may not be eligible for withdrawal once delivery has begun or the performance has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, where permitted by law. Redemption flows tied to on-chain assets follow the terms shown at redemption.

4. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order details and photos where helpful. We will remedy the situation in line with applicable statutory warranty or consumer protection rules, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated promptly. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement after we process the refund.
